The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of Trinity United Church met at 7.5) p. m., June 8, 1942. The Chairman Mr. Claude Smith,
presided, and the following members were present:_ Messrs. G. A. Hughes, Ernest Coffin, Harry Cudmore, Henry Douglas, R. E. Mutch, Will MacLeod, Frank MacKee, and Jack flacNair. The Treasurer Mr. Harrv Cudmore reported to the meeting that after all bills were paid there would be an overdraft in the bank of $6ll.46.
EUEL COMMITTiE Mr. Frank MacKee, Chairman of the Fuel Committee reported to the meeting that he had discussed the coal situation with Mr. Rattenbury, but as Mr. Rattenburv could not put in a load of screened Victorian coal for a trial the matter was dropped. 1

/’ instructed to write to the Official Board adflfising them that it was the wish of this Board that as Mr. Kendall had not yet fully recovered his health that he be allowed his usual vacation period this summer, and that Mr.
Kendall's letter be enclosed to the Official Board to read." There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
