The regular monthly meeting of the Board of 3tewar‘; of Trinity United Church was held n the Social Ea11,ﬂonday, September 14,1942.

Government War Insurance was explained by Mr. 3. T. Riggs, and

considerable discussion followed as to the advisibility of insuring the church pueperty. It was finally decided on motion to be left

in the hands of the Trustees for their decision. The Secretary was instructed to notify Dr. Ayers of the Board of Trustees.

ggglggas COMMITTEE Mr. Moore, reporting for the Janitor's Committee, asked if Mr. Storey was being paid Cost of Living Bonus it was referred

to Mr. Moores Committee to enquire into the matter and report at next meeting.

gng;_ggynlgggg Mr. McKee reporting for the Fuel Committee. stated that coal on hand at present was all paid for and ashes would be moved from cellar soon.

I O ITT Mr. Cudmore. reporting for Publicit Committee. presen e w were ordered paid; also reporting for ﬁdsic Committee bill of $40. 00, for Organ Supply from Mrs G. B. Full bill ordered paid moved by J. MacNair. second by I. LePage.

W cordon Avard reporting for Ways and leans Committee. stated that collections were coming in fairly well.
