The regular monthly meeting of the noard of Sterards was held in the board

room on the aoove date with the following in attendance:— Mr. G. C. Smith, Chairman, Messrs. W. n. LePage, W. P. MacLeod, R. E. Mutch. Ferry Uudmcrg, G. A. Hughes. d. A. MsoNair. and E. c. Johnstone.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted.

Mr, M2593 reported that the board of Trustees had placed a $200,000 Whr Insurance on the Church. the Premium oeing paid by the lrustees. /

Mr, V, r, Mgnggg reported that one dozen chairs had been purchased for . A look had been purchased for the room used by Miss huestis

for supplies.

Mr. Mutch reported that there were several tons of boiler Sections

which might oe disposed of as scrap before oeing covered over again with ashes.

The following Financial Statement was submitted or Mr. Hughes:

The No. of packages of emvelopes issued were 609

Thg Treasurer's report showed a Credit balance at the Bank of $260.90 atter all bills passed at tonights meeting had Deen paid.

Mr. Hughes was hopeful that the nooks could be closed on Dec. Slst.
