     In submitting the annual renort oi the Committee 
     
     of stewarts for the year ending December 51st, 1:42, we beg 
     
     to state that we have closed our books much earlier than 
     
     has been possible for a number of years. He have onid all 
     
     obligations, including sufiicient ceal for the winter. 
     
    

    
     The good work of fir. Gordon nvnru, Chairman of the 
     
     days and Lbuns Committee and Mr. E. 3 Co fin, Chairman of 
     
     the Finance Co.mittee is largely due to the solenoid financial 
     
     condition of our Board. 
     
    

    
     The Committee takes great pleasure in exoressing 
     
     their aunreciation to Mr. G. 3. Hughes for his faithful ser— 
     
     vices on all occasions. I 
     
    

    
     The financial renort will gire narticulars of the 
     
     year's business and some idea of the work pieced on your

     The condition cf the orooerty is socd. It will

     will cost many hundreds ofi dollars.

     well attended. Meetings of sub-connittees sometimes found
