On the 2% story brick shingle roofed building, including permanent fittings and fixtures, storm doors. windows, screens and shutters. belonging thereto (wherever locatrd), only while occupied as a private dwelling, situate, and being_No. 220. Block 56. Sheet 7 on the south side of Richmond Street.

On Household Furniture. supplies 'a'nd personaf‘eiteéts (including paintings. sculpture. curiosities, works of art, articles of vertu. all at not exceeding cost). plate, plated ware, jewellery, scientific and musical instruments, clocks. watches, trinkets, and mirrors, the property of the Assured, only while contained in the above described Dwelling No. 220, Block 56. Sheet 7.

On the 2 story slate roofed building and attachments thereto. forming a covered communication with the Church Building to the south. including permanent, fittings and fixtures. storm doors. windows. screens and shutters belonging thereto (wherever located), only while occupied as School Rooms, Parlors, Public Hall or any uses of the Church, known as l-leartz Memorial Hall, situate and being No. 88, Block 56, Sheet 7, on the southeast corner of Richmond and Prince Streets.

On the moveable contents of all kinds and descriptions. the property of the assured, including Furniture, Supplies or equipment, while contained in Heartz Memorial Hall No. 88. Block 56, Sheet 7.

On the 2% story brick slate roofed building, incgding permanent fittings and fixtures, storm doors, windows, screens and shutters, belonging thereto (wherever located). Stained Glass or Memorial Windows, and Tablets, Pews. Pulpits. Platforms and Railings, occupied as a Church. School Rooms and Social Rooms situate, and being No. 80. Block 56, Sheet 7 on the northeast corner of Sydney and Prince Streets.

0n the moveable contents of all kinds and descriptions, the property of the assured. including Furniture, Pipe Organ and all its parts, Choir Gowns, and Books, while contained in the Church Building or any part thereof, No. 80, Block 56, Sheet 7. ."

On the 2% story frame shingle roofed donblédwelling, occupied by tenants, the property of the assured, situate and being No. 203,_205, Block 56, Sheet 7. on the north side of Sydney Street.

It is part of the consideration of this policy. afithe basis upon which the rate of premium is fixed. that the insured shall maintain insurance concurrent in form with this Policy, on each and every item of the property hereby insured, to the extent of the full amount of this Schedule, and that, failing so to do. the insured shall be a co-insnrer to the extent of an amount sufficient to make the aggregate insurance equal to the amounts herein stated of each and every item of the prOperty hereby insured, and, in that capacity. shall bear their proportion of any loss that may occur.

LIGHTNING AND ELECTRICAL CURRENT CLAUSEzr—This policy also covers loss or damage caused by lightning whether fire‘ensues therefrom or not, but if dynamos. exciters, lamps, switches. motors or other electrical appliances or devices are insured. any loss or damage to them caused by lightning or other electrical currents. artificial or natural. is expressly excluded, and the Company is liable only for such loss or damage to them as may occur from resultant fire originating outside the machines themselves.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER CLAUSE :—It is a‘warranty by assured and a part of the consideration of this Policy and the basis upon which the rate of premium .is fixed, that the assured shall keep in the buildings described in this policy not less than nine (9) Fire Extinguishers which have been approved by the P. E. Island Board of Fire Underwriters; such Extinguishers to be kept in‘a place easy of access and to be at all times properly charged and ready for instant use. '

PERMISSION GRANTED to operate in any-of the above described buildings, Magic Lantern or Moving Picture Apparatus.
