I am in receipt of your favor of the 20th inst.

asking me to suggest improvements in your Church property or changes in your policies of Insurance which would reduce the rate of Insurance and in reply have much pleasure in submitting the following information.

At the present time you are paying about 870.55 r annum for $72,060. Insurance. I! you accept th above proposition to carry $113,800. of Insurance and guarantee to carry that much continually we can provide this Insurance for the sum of $843.07

per year.

In addition to the above it you I111 provide six a} gallon Chuical rire Extinguishers and lace them in the min Church and basement and provide three gallon Chemical Extinguishers and place them in the Hearts lucrial Hall and mintain them in good order we will allow additional redmtion, which would bring the total cost 01' the $11 .000. down to
