The Chairman reported on supply of literature for Dorchester X P tentiary to the effect that the Island Presbytery was ing provision for a supply for this year ,and for the tutlrE an appeal would he made to the Dep't of Social Service &

Evangelism.

from semen to eight o!clock,as suggested by the 3 Committee if

Stewards,was discussed,resulting in a motion duly seconded &

carried that we observe'the suggested change beginning on the ;‘ .ggeh inst.,till further notice.

The following were then appointed Representatives to Conference: W.R.LePage,W.H.Smith,0.fi.llack,with E.Calvin McKay as Alternate, and the Chairman authorized to appoint any other alternate needed.

It was also agreed that a meeting be called on the 28th inst, to consider & decide on a time for the next Sacrament s

also any change that might be made in day and hour or holding a , the weekly prayer'meeting,during the summer months.

The meetihg was then dismissed with the benediction given

The minutes or previous meeting on being read,were app- roved by Chairman.

Upon motion it was agreed that the next Communion service would be held on Sunday June the 22nd,at the evening srevice the Elements th be dispensed at the rail.

After some discussion it was moved,seconded & carried that the prayer meeting be held at eight o'clock on Thursday evenings,during the months of July & August.

K As a matter of information it was reported by the Chairman a son ceiiected-by this Congregation for Bombed Churches Fund.
