REPORT OF THE LADIES’ AID SOCIETY
The annual meeting of the Ladies’ Aid Societ of Trinity United Church was held on March 24th 1927, and the following officers were elected:—

During the nine months to Elst December, 1927, six regular and a number of special meetings were held.
The afternoon tea held on May 17th, 1927, was a most e 'o bl fi'ai , and helped to add to our funds. n) ya e a r
The Parsons e Committee have been very active, and have assisted materially in provi ing furnishings for the new parsona e on Prince Street, and have also under consideration the purchasing of articIes required to make the Richmond Street parsonage more comfortable and homelike.
The visit to the Province of Dr. Endicott, Moderator of the General Council, was a notable event, and the opportunity of caterin at the banquet given to him, and to the Members of the resbytery, we regar ed as a privilege_
Previous to her going to St. John in In] last, the Society presented a suitable gift to Miss Ryan. We all regret her eparture.
The electric range which the Society has installed in the kitchen of the church is proving of great benefit, and a decided addition to the equipment.
The annual Tea and Sale held on November 24th, 1927, was the out-
standing achievement of the year, and the financial success is indeed very grati- fying, and our thanks are due all who In any way asslsted towards making this event the wonderful success It proved to be.
In closing, we wish to express our appreciation of the ready response of the people of the congregation, to our many demands.
