The thanks of the Committee and of the entire congregation are hereby tendered to the many friends both in the city and in the country who have so generously contributed towards the erection of this church and a warm welcome will at all times be given to all who may come to worship the God of their fathers in the “Old Kirk..” The receipts on the day of opening amounted to about $100.00.
