     Lilly spent her married years to Harry 
     
     Adams living and helping with a mixed 
     
     farm operation. After her husband passed 
     
     away, she moved to O’Leary but never 
     
    
   
   
    
     forgot her community of Knutsford, or the 
     
    
   
   
    
         
     
    
   
   
    
     Knutsford Women’s Institute where she 
     
    
   
   
    
     participated up until her death. | 
     
     She held many roles with the Institute including president. She was a very proud 
     
     and active member of this organization and devoted much time to make the WI a 
     
    
   
   
    
     special organization for its membership. 
     
    
   
   
    
     She was a member of the O’Leary United Church, and elder, choir member, 
     
     Sunday school teacher, and a member of the United Church Women. She offered 
     
     her time, as well, to many senior organizations over the years. She particularly 
     
     enjoyed participating with her baking entries in local exhibitions, winning many 
     
    
   
   
    
     prizes and making many friends. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Lilly was very proud of her two sons and of her grandchildren and great 
     
     grandchildren. She passed away in June 1980.
