Time moves on. We now live’ in a post-war, world. The ‘glor-! ious past, _ fruitful ‘present must project themselves into the challenging future. “New oc- casions. teach -new, duties.” Our ‘| problems. and: opportunities as- sume new shapes. Our activities must pursue new channels.:.Dur- ing the past:year, our members helieving that the old day school had served its day ‘and genera- tion, took a forward step and in \ co-operation ;.with the rate-pay- ers, in having it re-modeled and when: completed it will be one of the finest public schools of the province. The needy and Jess fortunate have always received ‘our ‘support. The sick, shutins, and the bereaved are remember- ed and many of us may recall
