Jumbo Jubilee Cookies 
     
    
   
   
    
     Ingredients: 
     
    
   
   
    
     % cup shortening 
     
    

    
     1 % cups brown sugar 
     
     2 eggs 
     
    

    
     1 cup evaporated milk 
     
     3 cups flour 
     
    

    
     A tsp. salt 
     
    

    
     4 tsp. baking soda 
     
    

    
     2 tsp. vanilla 
     
    
   
   
    
     Instructions: 
     
    
   
   
    
     Mix the above ingredients all together. Drop from a spoon onto a cookie sheet and 
     
     bake at 350-375 for 10-12 minutes. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Icing: 
     
     Y2 Cup margarine 
     
     2 tbsp. milk 
     
     2 tsp. vanilla or maple flavoring 
     
     2 cups icing sugar 
     
    
   
   
    
     Spread the icing then chill until set. Enjoy!
