Orell’s Home-made Ice-cream 
     
    
   
   
    
     Ingredients: 
     
     4 eggs 
     
     1 cup of white sugar 
     
     1 cup of brown sugar 
     
     2 tbsp. of vanilla 
     
     1 bottle of maple flavouring (43 ml) 
     
     5 cups of cream 
     
    
   
   
    
     1 cup of milk 
     
     Instructions: 
     
     I rinse the flavouring bottle with some milk 
     
    
   
   
    
     My freezer is a 1 gallon 
     
     2 to 3 cups of pickling salt and ice
