in the Chair. The same being the first parish meeting held since his Incumbency.

Moved by Mr. J .E.I. Bagnall and seconded by Mr. James Craswell. Resolved that Niel McLean be appointed Vestry Clerk for the ensuing year.

2 On Motion unanimously Resolved that the following Gentlemen be appointed Members

of Vestry for the following year viz

Resolved that the Corporation be requested to secure Tenders for the performance of the

office of Sexton for the ensuing Year. 4

Resolved that the sum of Two shillings and six pence per annum be levied on the Pews,

subject to the Annual Rent in St. James’ Church, as Ground Rent.

5 Resolved that the Rev. Mr. Cooper be requested to call a Meeting of the Congregation

for the purpose of disposing of the Pews.
