St. Peter’s Church was equipped with a new organ upon its completion in 1914. This was purchased from Miller Brothers of Charlottetown at a cost of $121. Contributions from the congregation were used to cover part of the cost.

Some beautiful memorial gifts were donated to St. Peter’s in 1929. These gifts, dedicated by the Bishop Co-adjutor, included one large brass receiving basin, two brass collection plates, one brass alter desk, a service book, and two brass vases.

It is thought that the first wedding ceremony performed in this beautiful country church was that of Lily Adams of Woodbrook and Harry MacKinnon of Brae. They were united in marriage on December 8, 1914.
