Dear parishioners, As this chapter comes to a close, it is fitting to express grati¬ tude to the many who were, financially or otherwise, part of this great and wonderful stained-glass window project. The committee worked conscientiously and in a spirit of joy, excitement and determination wanting the finished project to be a spiritual experience for all who enter the church. Father Eloi Arsenault helped tremendously. His artistic taste was valued as we choose the theme and the designs for the win¬ dows. Elsie Gallant , secretary, deserves a sincere thank-you as does Lorraine Gallant for her excellence in handling all the finan¬ cial aspects. Father Eddie Cormier was very supportive when he joined us as pastor. I am grateful to the parish council for granting me my request to develop this project. I consider this a gift to me. Sister Marie Gaudet , CND, edited and translated our texts. Her expertise is rightly appreciated. Finally I wish to recognize the Hrabi-Burden stained glass company and the Burden/Bakker stained glass for their fine work¬ manship and for many enjoyable consultations. If I have one wish for you all it is that you will be richly blessed with peace and joy. Eileen (Chiasson) Pendergast President 65
