     For many years members of this organization volunteered their 
     
     time and talents to many worthwhile projects. They have provided a 
     
     great deal ofleadership and direction for many communities. Their work 
     
     has done much to improve the quality of life in our homes and com- 
     
     munities. 
     
    
   
   
    
     On behalf of all Islanders may I thank you for your work “through 
     
     the years; " and may I encourage you to continue your work throughout
