North Tryon Canada Day 1992
Residents of North Tryon, together with friends and neighbours, were invited to celebrate Canada Day 125 at the North Tryon School, Wednesday, july Ist. at 1:30.
A Flea Market and a Craft Sale sponsored by the Women’s Institute were part of the day’s activities. An environmental technician was in the school with a map of the Tryon River Watershed and Kathie Giesbrecht had the family information that had been gathered for the North Tryon History.

Birthday Cake: Designed and made by Daisy Dawson, cut by our oldest community resident, Minnie Thomson.
Everyone was invited to bring their running shoes and join in the
activities, or bring their lawn chair and sit, relax, and chat with their
neighbours and friends.
