‘ We. the undersigned Commissioners appointed to consolidate and revise the By—laws of the City of Char- lottetown, and the Committee appointed by the City Council on the consolidation and revision of the Bylaws,

beg to report as follows : '

The Commissioners report that the Work of consolié dation and revision has now been completed by them. and is contained in the volume attached thereto. In this consolidation and revision the Said Commissioners have found it necessary to recast or amend almost all the By—laWs of the City in order to make them meet the requirements of the City and the changes of the law. A number of the By-laWS having become obsolete are omitted in this consolidation.
