“ A By- -1aw to suppress disorderly houses and houses of ill— fame.”
“A By-law relating to the duties of the City Electrician."
“ A By-law to prevent children being on fhe streets after a certain hour at night,”——~
Shall be. and the same are hereby severally repealed, provided that such repeal shall not effect any act done or any right accruing or accrued or established, or any suit, action or
proceeding had or commenced 1n any civil case '
before the time when said repeal shall take effect, nor any offence committed nor any penalty or forfeiture incurred, nor any suit or prosecution pending at the time of such repeal for any offence committed, or for the recovery
of any penalty, forfeiture, taxes, rates or assess-'-
ments incurred or due under any of the' By-laws so repealed.
4. The By—laws intituled as follows :
“A By-law ‘to establish Rules of Order to
regulate the proceedings of the City Council of the City of Charlottetown and in the Com- mittees thereof. "
“A By-law regulating the Fire Department." “ A By-law to prevent Nuisances."
“ A By-law to establish and regulate one or more Pounds.”
“A By-law to prevent disorderly Riding and Driving.”
“ A By—law for establishing a Lock-up House for the City of CharlottetoWn."
