     of the City and the said Clerk, and shall be the 
     
     original By- laws in lieu of the By— —laws contained

     WhartBy-law- 5. The By- laws mentioned in :Section 4 of ‘ 
     
     comemto 
     
     force. this By —law shall come into force on the day of 
     
    
   
   
    
     the coming into force of this By- -law. 
     
    
   
   
    
     _ 6. This By—law shall come into force and
