15. If two or more members rise at the “cation! of same time it shall be decided by the Chair rder which is to be heard, and while any member has the floor and does not violate order, he is not to be interrupted.

entertained until it is dec1ded—unless It be:
(a) A motion in‘amendment of the original resolution.
(6) A motion to refer the matter to a special committee.
(6) A motion to postpone the consideration of the question to some future day named.
(d) A motion to postpone the question in- definitely (i. e.) to lay it on the table.
(e) A motion that the question he now put on.
(f) A motion to adjourn. Only one amend- ment shall be allowed to an amendment, and any amendment more than one must be to the main question. After the question has been taken upon any decision, it shall be competent to call for the names on the decision and to have the same recorded.
