     E it ei‘acted by the City Council of the City 
     
     of Charlottetown, as follows :— 
     
    
   
   
    
     I. No person shall ride at a gallop or trot Fast, riding 
     
     at full speed any horse, mare, gelding, mule or and “"1"? 
     
     ass, on any street or square of said city. 
     
    
   
   
    
     2. Every person who shall drive any horse, 
     
    

    
     . Conveyance of 
     
     or other animal attached to any truck, sled or goods 
     
     carriage, for the conveyance of goods, shall not 
     
     on any pretence whatever, drive faster through 
     
     said city than a slow and easy trot, and at all 
     
     times with proper reins.

     3. Any person dr1v1ng any slelgh, truck, Ragga". a 
     
    
   
   
    
     cart, chaise, or other carriage within said city, manner 
     
     shall drive the same in a moderate and careful

     4. Every person riding any horse or driving _ 
     
     any carriage, wagon, cart. truck sleigh, or other fi'ggfisgtngw” 
     
     vehicle, on any street or square, in meeting any 
     
     other horse. wagon, cart, truck, sleigh or other 
     
     vehicle, shall always leave the same on their

     Whenever any carriage, wagon, cart,

     be suffered to stand, loaded or unloaded, on any '
