     BE it enacted by the City Council of the City 
     
     of Charlottetown :— 
     
    
   
   
    
     1; That the accounts of the City Clerk shall 
     
     be audited by the city auditors once in every 
     
     month. 
     
    
   
   
    
     2. The City Clerk and other officers of the 
     
     said city shall, in the first week of every month, 
     
     submit to the said Auditors the accounts of 
     
     their respective departments, together with all 
     
     vouchers touching or concerning the same.
