A By-law Respecting Markets.

WHEREAS it is necessary to adopt regu-

lations for the good government of the Markets :—

E- it therefore enacted by the City Council of the City of Charlottetown, as follows :—

LIMITS

1. The limits of the Market of this city shall “mm be and include the whole of the limits of the City of Charlottetown.

2. The Market Place, when mentioned in Mark“ lee this By—law, shall be deemed that plot of ground at the west end of Queen Square, vested in the city by the Provincial Statutes, 23rd Victoria, Chapter 26 and 35, and 36 Victoria Chapter 25, _ band 3 Edward VII. Chapter 17, together with the Market Building c and other buildings thereon erected. -

GENERAL REGULATIONS

3. The Market Building shall be open for MarketBum the accommodation of the public on such day or $11331“ days in each week as the Market Committee may from time to time name and appoint, subject to the approval of the City Council, and from and until such appointment Tuesday and Friday
