arrangements shall be liable to the penalties of this By—law.

II. No persons shall be permitted to con- Openings to Market how gregate or loiter within the said Market Build- cleared ing, or congregate in the openings or approaches to the said Market Building, or place any incumbrance therein so as to prevent ingress and egress to said Building, and any person offending against this Section, after being re- quested to move away, and also to move the incumbrance which may have been so placed,

shall be liable to the penalties of this By-law.

12. The beams, scales and weights furnished by the city and placed within the enclosure 5°31“ * around the Market Building for the purpose of _ weighing meat, butter, and other articles as may be required to be weighed, shall be used for such purposes under the direction and control

of the Market Clerk.

13. No sub—’letting of the stalls or standings shall be permitted under any pretence whatso- ever on pain of forfeiture of the use and benefit of the stall by the party who shall sub—let the

same, as well as by the party to whom the same shall be sub~let.

I4. The hay market shall be, until a more Hay Market extended area is obtained, the enclosure on the North side of the Market Building, or such other place as the said Market Committee may appoint.
