     said Market Building, which shall comprise the BasketAm 
     
     centre tables therein. The said “ Basket Area” 
     
    

    
     shall be used only by farmers or their wives, 
     
     daughters or servants, for the sale of butter, eggs, 
     
    

    
     poultry, fruits, and other products of the farm, 
     
    

    
     from baskets or from tables on the said 
     
    

    
     “ Basket Area.” 
     
    
   
   
    
     20. The Market Clerk shall sue for and 
     
     recover in his own name as Market Clerk, the Collection of 
     
     _ rent. fees, etc 
     
     rent of any stalls, seats or standings, all fees for 
     
     licenses and all rates and tolls, in the City Court, 
     
     or other Court of competent jurisdiction, and 
     
     shall pay the same to the City Clerk for the use 
     
     of the said City. 
     
    
   
   
    
     21. No fish shall be sold or exposed for sale 
     
     by retail other than in regularly established Fish Market 
     
     stores or shops, where fish are sold by retail 
     
     -——within the City of Charlottetown, except in 
     
    
   
   
    
     the place situated within the said Market 
     
     Building to be designated “The Fish Market.” 
     
    
   
   
    
     22. Persons obstructing the Market Clerk Sggigligting 
     
     or Police Constables in discharge of their duty, 
     
     shall be subject to the penalties of this By-law.

     23. Any person .or persons guilty of an Pemlclau“ 
     
     infraction of any of the provisions of this By- 
     
     law, shall, upon conviction in the City Police 
     
     Court of the Stipendiary Magistrate, on the oath 
     
     or affirmation of any credible witness, forfeit 
     
     and pay at the discretion of the said Magistrate 
     
     a penalty not exceeding the sum of Thirty . 
     
     Dollars for each offence, exclusive of costs ; and
