For weighing every ton of coal, culm, coke, limestone, gypsum or heavy mer- chandize, the sum of ............... 7 cts.

And in proportion for a lesser quantity.

For weighing every load of hay, straw Dr fodder, not over half a ton, the sum of 11 cts.

For weighing every such load when ex- ceeding half a ton, the sum of ....... I4 cts.

Including the weighing of the carts, trucks, sleds, or other vehicles con- taining such loads.

For weighing every new or unloaded cart, truck, sled, or other vehicle, the sum of .......................... ' 4 cts.

_ 10. The person in charge of any city weigh-

I I. If any person liable to pay any sum for

to pay the same, such person shall forfeit the.

due by such person for such weighing, and the

Coal Meter and Weigher applying for the same

is hereby authorized in his own name as such

Coal Meter and Weigher, to sue for and recover

such fine and amount due for weighing, before

the said Magistrate in the said City Police Court.
