Fee Conditions [124] twenty-five dollars for one Billiard Pool or Bagatelle Table ; and if more than one, ten dollars for each additional table ; and of a license fee of fifty dollars for such Bowling‘ Alley, the license for the several keeping and issuing. whereof, has been granted by the said Council, which said several licenses shall be and continue in force for one year from the date of the issue thereof not renewable, but the licensee may make a fresh application for a new license in manner hereinbefore provided. 8. All such licenses shall be granted subject to the following conditions, the breach of which shall be deemed a breach of this By-law. ((1.) The premises in which any such Billiard, Pool, or Bagatelle Table, or any such Bowling Alley is kept or used, shall be closed at the hour of eleven o’clock, p. m. every evening, and not opened before ten o’clock, a. m. (6.) There shall not be any internal means of communication between the room in which such Billiard, Pool, or Bagatelle Table or ' such Bowling Alley is kept or used, and any place in which spirituous, fermented, or other manu- factured liquors are or may be sold. (a) No person licensed as aforesaid shall permit, allow, or suffer any spirituous or fermented liquors to be drunk in the rooms in which such Billiard, Pool, or Bagatelle Table or such Bowling Alley is kept and used, or in or upon the premises kept therewith.
