CAP. XXVIII.
A By-law for the Management and Regulation of the Victoria Park, Promenade and Road-’
way.
BE it enacted by the City Council of the City of Charlottetown, as follows :
Drunken and I. It shall be lawful for any police officer,
332%?” constable, caretaker, or other person, to exclude from the Victoria Park and Roadway in the City of Charlottetown, drunken or filthy persons, vagrants and notoriously bad characters, and to remove therefrom any person who is committing any nuisance, or is guilty of any disorderly conduct thereon.
2. No person shall ride or drive any horse, 32:33?” either with or without a vehicle, in the said Park or Roadway at an immoderate rate, so as to incommode or interfere with or endanger other parties frequenting the same.
3. No person shall ride or drive any horse, $323” or other animal, or vehicle on any turf or green sward in any part of the said Park, nor in any part thereof other than the roads set apart as carriage drives.
4. No person shall climb, break, cut, peel, {33%; deface, remove, injure or, destroy any of the trees or shrubs, flowers, flower roots or grass, now growing or being or which shall hereafter be planted in the said Park.
