Power Plant until permission to do so shall have been given by said Inspector.
5. All wires entering a building whether for light, heat, power or otherwise. shall have non-combustible, non-absorptive insulation,

Any person or persons guilty of an infraction of any of the provisions of this By-law shall, upon conviction before the Stipendiary Magistrate of the City of Charlottetown on the oath or affirmation of any credible witness, forfeit and pay at the discretion' of the said Magistrate, a penalty not exceeding the sum of fifty dollars for each offence exclusive of costs; and in default of payment of said penalty and costs forthwith, the said penalty and cost or costs only may be levied by distress and sale of goods and chattels of the offender, and in case there shall be no distress found out of which such penalty can be levied, it shall and may be lawful for the said Stipendiary Magistrate to commit the offender or offenders to the common jail of the said City of Charlottetown for any period not exceeding thirty days, unless said penalty be sooner paid. .
