1903. 111 EDWARD VII. Cap. 17. 35 shall pray judgment against each and all of the lands so advertised for the respective amounts so levied against them, and for non- -payment of which they have been so advertised, and costs, and the saidjudge shall order judgment to be entered against each and all of such lands in his'Court. 93. The said judge is hereby empowered after such judgment whenever application is made to him ggggglbfvlfisue by such collector, to issue a special warrant under his {3&0 sell hand and seal, form C, against any lands against which such judgment has been given, stating therein the name of the person against whom the same has been assessed to the Sheriff of Queen’s County, direct- ing him to sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, such portion of said lands as the Sheriff may deem sufficient to pay such assessment, and all expenses; and such Sheriff shall advertise such lands so to be figgggtgggeég sold, by metes and bounds, in the Royal Gazette, and one other newspaper published in Charlottetown for thirty days, and shall sell such land so advertised, to the highest bidder, and. after such sale shall execute to the pu1chase1 thereof a deed in fee simple of such Deedinfee lands, in form D, as near as the circumstances of sum)” the case will admit of 94.
