96. The provisions of the Act Forty—second 4,2 Vic. Cap 15 Victoria, Chapter fifteen, shall not be construed as not to apply applying to any execution or proceeding issued out of or in any Court for the enforcement of payment of rates, taxes, or assessments levied by the said Council under this or any previous or other Act of this Pro- vince, and such executions shall in all cases be in form B, to this Act appended, or as nearly as may be, according to the circumstances of the case; and the City Collector, or any Police officer or other Constable may execute such execution in any part of Queen’s County. '

97. There shall be an appeal from all valuations Appeal of said Assessors, and from all assessments or rates imposed by the City Council, which appeal shall be and be made to the Stipendiary Magistrate of the City of Charlottetown.

98. Every person, partnership, corporation or

said, signify such his or their desire in

writing, and file or leave the same in the office of the

City Clerk, who shall immediately endorse thereon

the date of the receipt thereof, and shall thereupon

transmit the same to the Stipendiary Magistrate.
