or received by him , and shall at the same time deliver to the said clerk a full and particular statement of such fines or fees certified by the Stipendiary Magistrate.
132'. Such Clerk shall have full ;power to gggsnistered administer all oaths in said Court required for any purposes.
133. The said Clerk shall receive a salary, Ealaryglt k payable out of the funds of said City of not less; om er than five hundred dollars.
134. The amount of annual salary to be paid to the said Stipendiary Magistrate shall be such gsiary of as the Mayor and Common Council of the City upendlm of Charlottetown in their discretion shall agree upon, which salary shall be paid out of the funds of the said City of Charlottetown.
135. In case of illness or absence on leave. which absence the Lieutenant Government or Subgmute
Administrator of the Government for the time $3333“
being in Council, is alone authorized to allow, 235:3?” the duties of Stipendiary Magistrate shall 'be Stipemm” performed by some competent person to be ' commissioned by the Lieutenant Governor or Administrator of the Government for the time
