mesne or final process issued out of the Supreme Court, may or can'do.
148 The said Judge shall for such purpose have and begvested with the like powers and Judgehas authorities, in every respect as are conferred Ffil‘é’trmgrant upon two of the Justices of His Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, by the said recited Act. and by all'Acts in amendment thereof, for the purpose of granting relief to Insolvent Debtors confined under mesne or final
process of the said Supreme Court.
149. For any claim within the jurisdiction of ‘ . the City Court of the City of Charlottetown, a $331132?” creditor may institute in such Court the like proceedings for the, attachment of debts as may be had or taken by a creditor in the Supreme Court byt the Act Forty— —four Victoria, Chapter Four, entitled “ An Act respecting the Garnish- ment of Debts,” and by all Acts amending the same, and the Judge of the said City Court may exercise all the powers as regards such proceedings in such City Court as may be exercised by a Judge of they Supreme Court with respect to the proceedings in such Supreme Court, provided always that an order of the Judge of the said City Court for execution Judgment against any garnishee on a Judgment at the suit ”3“?“
