'FORM (C). WARRANT FOR SALE “OF REAL ESTATE

Canada, Province of Prince Edward Island, Queen’s County. City of Charlottetown.

In the City Court of the City of Charlotte- town.

To the Sheriff of Queen’s County.

The sum of $ having been assessed against (here describe real estate in general terms, as in assessment Book) for the year ending December 3Ist, 19 , the name of

being entered by the Assessors as the owner or apparent owner thereof, and the said sum not having been paid as required by law, and judgment having been given by me against such lands on the day of last past, I do hereby order and command you to levy upon and sell such real estate, or so much thereof as in your judgment is sufficient to pay such sum, together with $ costs, and all your charges and expenses, at Public Auction to the highest bidder, first giving thirty days' notice of such sale as required by law, and you will make such return to me herein, within sixty days from this date.
