To all to ”whom these presents may come, IForm D of ' in Prince Edward island,

(High Sheriff) or (Late High Sheriff) of Queen’s County, greeting : / Whereas judgment was obtained in the City

Court of the City of Charlottetown. on the

day of A. H.019 , against all (here describe land) for the sum of dollars debt, and $ costs. bythe City of Charlottetown. for the non-payment of the assessment imposed on said land, under and by virtue of an Act passed in third year of the reign of His present Majesty, King Edward VII, intituled “An Act to con- solidate and amend the several Acts incorporating the City of Charlottetown ;” and whereas by virtue of a warrant issued out of said Court, under the hand and seal of the judge of the City Court of the City of Charlottetown. bearing date the day of A. D. [9 , I, as such Sheriff was commanded to levy upon and sell the said realestate, or as much thereof as in my judgment would be’sufficient to realize the sum of dollars, together with all costs of such levy and sale at public auction to the highest bidder, having first given thirty days' notice of such sale as required by law, and to make a return of my doings thereunder to the said Judge within sixty days after the date of said warrant; and whereas, I as such Sheriff? by virtue of such judgment and warrant,'and by virtue of the Act hereinbefore recited, and all Acts enabling me, having given the notice required by law, did levy upon and sell by
