5. Section Four of the said Act is hereby amended by mserting after the word “Province,’ 85333;?“ on the third line, the following words, “or being a member of the Legislative Assefhbly of this Province ” ; also, by striking out the words “or

assessed at” in the seventeenth line thereof.
