issued for said Market, House Building.) a sum not less than One thousand dollars as a sinking fund, and should the net revenues from said Market House Building be insufficient to pay the annual interest and to provide the sum required for said sinking fund, then the said City shall order a rate for that purpose on all property, real and personal, which is now or shall hereafter be liable to be rated or taxed for civic purposes, to be settled, levied and collected in each and eVery year to provide for payment of the said interest and the amount required for said sinking fund, or such part thereof as may be found necessary on account ofthe insufficiency or shortage in the net revenues or receipts from said MarketHouse Building, as aforesaid.

3. Section 20 of the said Act of 3rd Edward Sec. 20 repeal- VII, Cap. 17, is hereby repealed, and the ed following substituted therefor :
