Mrs. A.J. Matheson. Other additions over the past years were a parlor and modern kitchen, as well as, a new organ with sound box, stained glass windows, the chime system, the public address system, and a piano.
On June 10, 1979, the congregation gathered together to cele- brate the fifty-sixth anniversary of the church building and to dedi- cate the annex joining the church and the Christian Education Centre. The annex includes a combined choir room and church par- lour, a Sunday School room, and new kitchen facilities. The Christian Education Centre which was built in 1959 has been extensively reno- vated.
