On this lot Milton McRae built a building for his brother Thomas Edison "Eddie" McRae (50). Eddie opened a grocery store and snack bar and initially also sold radios and televisions but soon changed the business into a restaurant. It was still operating in 1955 but the building was used as a residence in 1962 (30). It was torn down in 1990 (29).
