     About a. mile from Charlottetown is the Brighton 
     
     Brewery, an establishment of long standing. Messrs Morris 
     
     & Hyndman, proprietors. A speciality is made of light

     THE PATTERSON 83 BRO. 00s., FACTORY, is located in 
     
     Woodstock, Out, and is one of the largest and finest in 
     
     Canada. The flooring measures over three and a half 
     
     acres, the buildings are erected of stone and white brick. 
     
     The machinery for manufacturing their Implements is of 
     
     the latest and most improved style. The shipping facilities 
     
     are good, as they have a track running into the yard on 
     
     which they can load Grand Trunk and Canadian Pacific 
     
     Cars. The number of men employed are between three and 
     
     four hundred, and in the busy time of the year they have 
     
     to Work night and day in order to meet the great demand 
     
     for their Implements, their light all steel framed Binder, 
     
     the five Rake Reeper, Patterson Tigar Rake, and New 
     
     Buckeye Mower, are taking the lead all through the 
     
     Dominion, and for Plows the variety and quality cannot be
