Brae: 4 mi SE of O’Leary in Lot 9. Settled from Scotland c1828. Derived from Scottish word for “hillside”. PO 1870—1914. Brae River and Brae Harbour are adjacent fea- tures. In this area Pacifique 1934 has the Micmae M egopenigeg, “red bank”.
