They weep with them in their weeping and rejoice with them in their re¬ joicing. In the Jubilee and the Diamond Jubilee of our late Gracious Majesty, Queen Victoria, the members of the association joined with other fellow citizens and associa¬ tions in the public celebrations and joyful ac¬ clamations. In like manner did they, with others, lament her death, and today they unite with the faithful everywhere, and that most heartily, in according to her worthy son, our beloved sovereign, King Edward VII , all true, lawful and loyal allegiance.
