Mark Delaney attended the public schools in his youth, supplementing his elementary education by attendance at College, Charlottetown , where he gradu¬ ated in 1898. He then matriculated in the medical department of Laval University, at Montreal, where he graduated in 1004 and received the degree of Doctor of Medicine. He immediately located at Wellington and during the comparatively short time in which he has been engaged in the practice he has succeeded in building up a large and representative practice. He keeps in close touch with the latest advances in the science of medicine and is thoroughly equipped in
