Elmer was born in 1889. He married Winnifred Bell of Tryc and farmed until his retirement a few years ago. They had a family two sons: Eldon and Kenneth. Eldon who was born May 20, 1914, is married to the former Ma jorie Muirhead of North Tryon . To them were born one son and t\ daughters. Gordon was born Oct. 20, 1938. After completing public s< hi in Augustine Cove , he attended Horton Academy in Wolfville. In 191 he married Joan Cutcliffe , and they have three sons: David, Paul aj Christopher. Eldon and Gordon own and operate a large potato farm this district. Jean was born January 31, 1944. She attended August! Cove school, Englewood Regional High School, and later the Baptist Bit Training School in Moncton. She later moved to Western Canada whe: she met and married Ian Sutherland . The couple live in British Columl and have one son, Ian Jr . Donna, born January 19, 1946. She compiet school in Augustine Cove and later married Lea Wilson of Crapaud whe: they now reside. They have four children: Larry, Wendy, Terry ai Nancy. Kenneth was born July 15, 1919. He married Leila (Bea) Lefurgi of North Tryon and they had one son and one daughter: Ralph, ai Shirley Ann , who died in infancy. Ralph, who was born March 29, : 93 married June Johnson and they have three children: Donald, Heath and Stephen. Ralph now operates a general store in this district, whi had been operated by his father previous to his death in 1967. Kennel served in World War II (see story elsewhere). Ulric (see story elsewhere) married Adele Pearl Francis . Thj had a family of seven daughters and one son: Eileen first married Fraj Hansen and then R. J. Rupert ; Dorothy ( Mrs. G. B. Lord ) ; Phyllis, (Mi J. A. MacNally ) ; Irma, ( Mrs. Prof. D. Long ) ; Elsie, ( Mrs. Joseph Le better) ; Alice, ( Mrs. Willard Goodwin ) ; Elizabeth, ( Mrs. W. To them were born a son, Hilton Arthur , and a daughter, Dcref Adele. Haddon moved to Florida , where he now resides in 1939, and w« engaged in the citrus business until his retirement in 1968. His secoil wife, Pauline Dowling , passed away in 1971. Ivan was born in 1910. He married Mabel Miller of Lot 16 .
