Helen, who was born December 6, 1897 married Percy Howatt wl was also a descendant of James Howatt I. They had no family. P3110 2 died in 1962, and his wife now lives in Charlottetown.
Another Howatt family that lived in Augustine Cove was thatdi Donald, who was a great-great grandson of the above mentioned szla Howatt I.
Donald, who was born in 1867 and passed away in 1954, was ._ blacksmith by trade. He was three times married. His first wife w: " Mrs. Edward Howatt, his sister—in-law, who was formerly Emma Vloo ‘ She and Edward had one son, John Goodwill, who was killed in Woi War I; also a daughter, Celia, who married Arthur Jay of Borden. T Jays had five children: Rhea, George, Alice, Nancy and Honey. (Ie' ‘ passed away in 1962.
Donald’s second wife was Fanny Newsome. There was no fam'i , by this marriage. His third wife was Mary Arsenault. They had a fa m'. ‘ of four: Adele, David, Donald and Lawson.
Adele was born October 21, 1940. She is married to Everett ll.C Kenna of Borden and they have five children: Donna, Peter, Charles, Ki ., and Tina. David, born June 28, 1942 is married to the former Brant Blacquiere. The family lives in Charlottetown and have a daughter, .LiSy David is employed with the Square—K Construction Co. Donald was b0 .
