(2) Report Cards - October, 1882, Principal Mellish reccommended that a Monthly Report Card showing standing of Pupils be sent to parents. As no amount for printing such cords was in the estimates, they could not be provided. On March 3,11890, the Secretory was asked to enquire if Monthly Report Card recommended by Principal Seaman would be setisfnctory to the other principals, and to enquire number required and cost of same.
(3) March 7, 1883 . Board ordered that all schools be supplied with drinkins water by water cart from Spring Park,
