So during the post ninety yehrs this school, first #5 the Wesleyan Academy end a little later rs Prince Street School, has estoblished a splendid tradition. Scholarship has been the keynote; and this, coupled with n brood culturnl end physicnl programme, has provided opportunity for boys end girls to grow mentally, physicelly and spiritually, and to live in reasonable harmony with their fellows.

We are justly proud of the initiative, inegination and "forward look" evident in the proposals end requests made by Principals of this school and recorded in Minutes of School Board Meetings.

Not only did these Principals submit recommendations and requests "peeing the way" in progressive — small "p" — education, but in most cases they nsked permission to raise money to pay for the things they wented or the projects they proposed under- taking. They did not whit for the Doerd to "foot the bill". This, of course, implies they hnd the wholeheorted co-operotion of the Staff, for it is only through Stnff support - active end moral -

that such endeavors con succeed.
