. C.S.M. Bruce Clark, World War II veteran, born in 1921, « bought the farm from George Woodside in 1945. He was the son : of David Clark and Annie May (Campbell) Clark, Kensington.

.; In 1941 Bruce married Jennie Mott MacKay, born in 1917, " daughter of John D. MacKay and Maria (Evans) MacKay. They 3 have six children: Joyce, born 1945; Donald, born 1947; Walter, } born 1949; Thelma, born 1950; Harold, born 1955; David, born 1960.

Joyce R.T., married Wendell MacQuarrie‘, Charlottetown where '. they now live. They have two children.

; Donald married Cheryl Clark, R.N., Kensington, and they have }, a daughter Alana, born 1970. They built their new home on the . family farm in 1970.

-. Thelma received her degree in Home Economics, B.Sc. from ‘ UPEI in 1972. In the same year she married Willard Moase, Kel- . Vin Grove. The live in Summerside.

IWalter became a commercial air pilot in 197 0.

Harold graduated from Summerside Vocational School in 1972, David is a student in Kensington High School.

‘- The new barn on this property was built in 1953. In 1952, - Bruce bought 57 acres of land from William MacKay, west of the , Higgins place, formerly the George MacKay farm. There were ' some buildings on this land near the South West River and the : barn was hauled up to Glen Dunning’s about 1957. The other buildings were demolished.

James married Eleanor MacLeod, Springbrook, and had a house and lot on his father’s farm, situated opposite Where Donald

, Clark now lives. James was a good labourer and Eleanar was an ‘__ excellent dressmaker. They had two sons, Kenneth and Harold. Both moved to the USA. Kenneth is now deceased.

‘ . Emma married Sidney Cameron, Margate. They had five .‘ Chlldren and later moved to Charlottetown.

Alfred is married and lives in Charlottetown.
